Peter C. Nanos, 90, of Stamford passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 28, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was the most generous, helpful, and kind husband, father, brother, and friend that anyone could have. His commitment to helping others was a cornerstone of his life. He dedicated countless hours to various charities, from volunteering at his local church to raising funds and housing patients from the Ronald McDonald House. He was a friend to all and was willing to help anyone in need. Peter had great pride in serving his community of Stamford that he loved so dearly. Family & friends may call at the Greek Orthodox Church of The Archangels, 1527 Bedford Street, Stamford, CT on Tuesday October 31, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Trisagion Service to be held at 6:30 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Greek Orthodox Church of The Archangels on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park, Oaklawn Ave, Stamford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Greek Children’s Fund or to The Church of the Archangels. The Nicholas F.
